Need help with a Spanish-speaking client?

I can help you but please understand the entire dynamics of “translating.”
If I need to call your LEAD to book an appointment, that is NOT translating, that is ME booking the appointment for you. And if your client does not speak any English, chances are I will have to run the appointment as well. As you know, very often we book appointments for people who end up not showing up, and we run appointments for people who end up not doing business with us.

So here is what I will do for you:

I can help you during the presentation by running it in Spanish for you and doing my best to get a sale for you. This will cost you $100 whether the client chooses to apply for insurance or not. Commissions splits (additional to the $100 fee) can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
I can help you book an appointment by explaining what we do. If you are part of my team, I will not charge you for this. It will be up to you if you want me to also run the appointment for you or not at the rate discussed above.
Lastly, you can choose to simply call your next lead, which is what I do when I don’t speak the language of a lead that was assigned to me.

It is important to understand the amount of time that is invested during these presentations. I have done many of them and it simply would not be fair to me if I had to do them for free. Commission splits alone will not cut it, as most often these leads will end up not applying for insurance.

Need help selling an IUL?
I will gladly help you sell it!

If you have never sold an IUL the task may seem daunting at first. But, like anything else, once you get the hang of it, it is pretty easy and very rewarding! First, you need to make sure that you are contracted with National Life Group. Then let’s make sure that I am licensed in the state where your proposed insured is. The rest is very simple.

So here is what needs to happen:

Once you are contracted with NLG and have determined that I am licensed in the state where your client is, contact me so that we can schedule a zoom presentation for your client on a date and a time we are all available.
I will conduct the entire presentation for you and do my absolute best to “sell” the policy to your client. Make all possible efforts to have your client log into zoom using a computer or a tablet.
At the time you fill out the application (typically the day after) you will add my license number to the application and we will split commissions 30/70 (where I take 30% and you take 70% of the commission).
You will be responsible for filling out the application and follow-up with your client and/or NLG as required until it gets approved.

It is important to understand I try to keep my self busy with appointments, as we all do, so please do not schedule your client until we have talked first.
